Hinchingbrooke Hospital is a 304-bed district general hospital located at Hinchingbrooke Park in Huntingdon. The hospital opened in 1983 and provides a wide range of specialties including general surgery, ear, nose and throat, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, urology, breast surgery, gynaecology and vascular services. The hospital has an emergency department and maternity unit. Children’s inpatient and outpatient services are provided on site by Cambridgeshire Community Services. The hospital has private facilities for patients who choose to have care on the Mulberry Suite. Also on the hospital site is the 23-bed Treatment Centre which opened in 2005.
